London member becomes LABC President
Andy Hardy, Director of Building Control, London Borough of Brent and Past President of LDSA took over as President of LABC at the AGM in Sandwell, West Midlands on 24th September 2009. Outgoing President, Jeremy Hall of Oldham DC, handed over the Presidential Chains of Office to Andy, who is the first member from the London region to become national President. Andy will represent LABC at events across the country and hopes to raise the profile of the London region in his year of office.
